Bio

Ebele Okoye (NG/DE), is Africa’s first female animator and an industry pioneer on the continent. She has led international co-productions between Germany/Bulgaria, Nigeria/USA. She is the founder of “Motion to the Sound” & “AniJolly Girls Special” programs. Her awards include from the Africa Movie Academy, DEFA & Robert Bosch Foundations, California State Legislature, and Amnesty International.
